László Kéri

grad­u­at­ed from the Fac­ul­ty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd Uni­ver­si­ty, Budapest. He has been a senior research fel­low at the Insti­tute for Polit­i­cal Sci­ence of the Hun­gar­i­an Acad­e­my of Sci­ences. He found­ed and lead an inter­na­tion­al­ly well known research group for the study of the polit­i­cal social­i­sa­tion in Hun­gary. He has writ­ten a wide range of books and arti­cles about the present polit­i­cal process­es in Hun­gary. He pre­pared his Ph.D. study in 1986, giv­ing deep analy­sis of the polit­i­cal social­i­sa­tion in Hungary.

Zoltán Békés

Grad­u­at­ed from the Fac­ul­ty of Human­i­ties of the Eötvös Loránd Uni­ver­si­ty, Budapest. He has been a free­lance asso­ciate of the Insti­tute for Polit­i­cal Sci­ence of the Hun­gar­i­an Acad­e­my of Sci­ences since 1992, ear­li­er a senior research fel­low at the same insti­tu­tion. Since 1980 he has been the man­ag­ing sec­re­tary of the Hun­gar­i­an Youth Research Pro­gramme. He pre­pared his Ph.D. in 1978 in Moscow about social-polit­i­cal activ­i­ties of young peo­ple in Hun­gary and the USSR.
